Volkswagen Financial Services, an expert in modern mobility, continues to celebrate its 25th anniversary. On this occasion, the company came up with a unique proposition for its fleet customers – selected partners will be able to test the electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz model free of charge for 25 days. The handover of the first 2 cars took place during the MOVE Congress held at the end of March in Poznań.
Raising awareness in the field of mobility is an important aspect of VW FS’s activities. The company puts great emphasis not only on talking about electromobility, but above all, it encourages you to implement it in your organizations. They support their clients throughout the entire process – from the stage of consulting solutions to their implementation. An example is the cooperation between VW FS and Hilti Poland – an international company providing products and services for the construction industry, which ordered a Volkswagen ID. Buzz for its fleet a few weeks ago and is currently testing it.
– At Hilti, we aim to become a carbon neutral business by 2023. The vehicles we use constitute the most of our current CO2 emissions. Therefore, we are gradually replacing our cars with BEV and HEV, which in 2022 allowed for a reduction of over 20 percent emissions in our global fleet – comments Paweł Sienicki, Purchasing and Administration Director at Hilti Poland Sp. z o.o.
25 customers for 25 years of VW FS
Volkswagen Financial Services continues to celebrate 25 years of operation on the Polish market. To celebrate this anniversary, VW FS launched the “Electrifying future of your fleet” campaign, under which it will lend ID. Buzz electric cars to its 25 largest fleet customers for 25 days. This is a unique opportunity to test the latest technology, learn about the specifics of electric cars, as well as to promote ecological transport among your employees. Interestingly, the Volkswagen ID. Buzz has been decorated in an unusual way with floral motifs, which makes them stand out even more on the road.
– Electromobility is not a choice today, but the future. The question is not whether electric cars will enter fleets, but rather when. Most of our customers are aware that their companies will gradually start to switch to electric cars. Therefore, we want to make it as easy as possible for them, for example by providing them with electric Volkswagen ID.Buzz models that they will be able to test. We do not intend to convince anyone of anything, but we believe that the essence is education and experience of using zero-emission cars – said Maciej Zwiewka, Director of Fleet Sales at Volkswagen Financial Services.

The first two Volkswagen ID. Buzz vehicles were handed over at the end of March during the MOVE Congress in Poznań, a nationwide event dedicated to the future of the automotive industry. The event gathered professionals and practitioners of electromobility, as well as companies such as Volkswagen Financial Services, which offer modern solutions and services in this area. The activities planned by VW FS included, among others: workshops where it was discussed how to implement an electric car in a company in a few steps. In addition, one of the company’s experts – fleet sales director Maciej Zwiewka – took part in a panel discussion on how to finance electromobility and what the role of financial institutions in the electrification of mobility should look like.
Rental from VW FS – Rent a Car offer
Volkswagen Financial Services has decided to make Volkswagen ID.Buzz electric cars available to their customers, so that they can check their performance and see that these are cars worth having in your own fleet. If the partners, after the end of the 25 trial days, decide that it is worth using the vehicles further – they will be able to take advantage of the attractive Rent a Car rental offer. The minimum period for which a contract with Volkswagen Financial Services can be concluded is one month, and the maximum period is two years. Then you pay fixed monthly installments. The use of the car under the medium-term rental can be shortened at any time, and when the customer is satisfied with the car, he can sign another contract, this time for a long-term rental.
